Resource Allocation:

Individuals are what make a workplace great, and this is undeniably true at MITSUBISHI Motorsport.
We have a truly diverse and dedicated workforce, with a range of ages, backgrounds, and
nationalities.
Our Human Resources (HR) department is in charge of all individual-related jobs in our organization.
HR has one of the most detailed careers, from enrolment to execution tests, and in any case, sketching
out the organization's working society and ethos.
They have completely transformed our company culture, as we have grown from a small group of
representatives at the end of 2012 to a team of more than 200 at the start of 2017. They must ensure
that everyone continues to move in the same direction as the company grows, while remaining
positive and valued.
We have over 30 different nationalities among us. It's a massive resource and a fascinating test at the
same time. It is up to Human Resources to take advantage of our employees' various ideas in order to
get everyone together.
