Suggested Customize Approval process cycle (Step by Step)
Workflow for provisional approvers:
1st Approver: Mr. Ramesh (If this user will assign some other person (might be multiple) to approve that OEA/sales order) 2nd Approver: Mr. Ather Sadiq (KHI) / Mr. Aleem Arshad (ISB, PSH) / Mr. Rafi Mirza (LHR) 3rd Approver: Mr. Arshad Abrar 4th Approver: Mr. Raza Step => 1 The initiator raised a sales order in SAP system. Step => 2 System automatically send notification to Mr. Ramesh and other approvers as per sales office (mentioned above) in SAP inbox. Step => 3 Mr. Ramesh, will check the sales order and if there is no approval required from any other person then Mr. Ramesh simply approve that Sales order and Work flow will go to the next approver based on users/persons maintained as per sales office (mentioned above). Step => 3.1 If Mr. Ramesh, required additional approval(s) that are not maintain in work flow hierarchy, then he just run a customize screen and enter sales order number, line item and user ID against line item (for which that line item needs to be approved) and save it. Step => 3.2 After that Work flow will move to the user(s) that are maintained against that sale order, If any user will select option Changes Required and maintain their comments in a text box then a notification will go to Mr. Ramesh and initiator of sales order that ABC approver will be required some changes in sales order (mentioned in text box). Once the initiator will maintain the required changes in sales order and save it then notification will trigger to Mr. Ramesh and the ABC approver that the changes has been done and he can check the sales order and approve it. Note: The additional approvers which already approved the sales order will not going to approve that sales order again. Step => 4 Once all the additional approvers approve the sales document, the work flow will move to Mr. Ramesh and he will approve the sales order and after that remaining approvers will approves the sales order respectively as per maintained approval hierarchy (mentioned above).
