NOTICE FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION

The University of Lahore is the largest private sector university in Pakistan with more than 35,000
students and 7 campuses. We are seeking qualified vendors for the supply and delivery.

Interested business entities must submit their application form along with related documents as
mentioned below at Purchase department of University of Lahore (Defence road campus).

1. Comprehensive 'company profile', giving complete information of the company, including

details of incorporation with certificate of incorporation.
2. Company status i.e. sole proprietorship, partnership, private limited or public limited.
3. Operational locations, offices, branches, manufacturing units (with addresses).
4. Certificates of NTN number, GST registration form number, if registered.
5. List of existing corporate clients/customers.
6. An undertaking on Letter head that the company/firm is not black listed by any government or a
private sector organization.
7. The 'Vendor Registration form' along with list of products & services is available on University of
Lahore’s Official website. Physical forms may also be collected from Purchase Department of
University of Lahore (Defence road campus).
8. Interested business entities are to submit a duly filled in and completed “Vendor registration
form” along with a non-refundable “pay order” for Rs. =1,000/- in favor of University of Lahore
as processing fee.
9. The existing vendors/suppliers, who are already registered with University of Lahore for the
supply of products/items/services need to apply again.
10. The UOL reserves the right for the inspection of company's manufacturing unit, warehouses,
distribution centers, branch offices, who have applied for this registration form.
11. The UOL reserves the right to accept or reject any one or all registration form/enlistment
applications without assigning any reason/intimation.
