Do you think you are

lazy and unmotivated?

Have you ever thought that, maybe… you are just afraid?

Swipe left to find out why!

Have you felt like you have no
motivation to do anything
significant in a day?

You
(and your
parents)
probably think
that you are
lazy.
Devon Prince, a social psychologist says,
“No one wants to feel incapable,
apathetic, or ineffective. If you look
at a person’s action (or inaction) and
see only laziness, you are missing key
details.”

From this, we can conclude that there are

underlying factors that make you feel lazy.
There are emotional and physical factors behind
laziness such as fatigue, anxiety, depression, and
more. But in most cases we can easily find, most
people are afraid of discomfort.

In conclusion, you feel lazy because you avoid

being uncomfortable.
Worry not, because you can overcome your
laziness by:
1. Having a “just do it” mindset
Do what you think will work and do what is the easiest for you.
Small progress is still progress, after all!
*additional tips: you can try to implement pomodoro technique

2. Be comfortable with discomfort

Try to make yourself get used to uncomfortable feelings so when
you need to face one, you already know how to cope with the
situation.
Don’t forget to take a break, though!

3. Reward yourself with laziness

Be honest, doesn’t not doing anything feel really good when
there’s nothing urgent to do? That is why, you need to make
laziness your motivation to get your work done.
