T&C - Experts Program  
   

Along with our mission to grow a healthy and helpful community for young professionals, we
created a partnership program with experts to provide well thought answers in Glints Community
platform.

This T&C will break down the set of rules in order to conduct the Glints Community Experts
partnership program, in the following points:

1. Experts who are joining this program are responsible to give thoughtful answers based
on any questions asked in the platform

2. Content guidelines on giving thoughtful answers are listed below:

● The answer given should answer the question in one way or another. It ​does not have​ to
be a direct yes or no.
● The answer should be based on credible sources of information or based on the Expert’s
own experiences.
● The answer could also be based on the Expert’s opinion but be aware of biases.
● No minimum or maximum character is needed.
● Supporting information such as image, illustration, polls, link, etc. are highly encouraged
to be incorporated in the answer.
● The tone of voice should not be too formal. Informal or casual tone of voice are highly
encouraged.
● Experts may answer the questions using English, but are highly encouraged using
Bahasa. If questions are posted in English, it is encouraged to be answered in English.
● The content of the answer must not contain any political, racial, religious, gender,
ethnicity, and sexual defamations.

3. Commitment tier list :

● High commitment: 30 answers will get an Amazon Kindle Book

● Mid commitment: 15 answers will get Rp. 300.000 Tokopedia vouchers
● Low commitment: 5 answers will get Rp. 100.000 Tokopedia vouchers

4. Glints Indonesia has the rights to cancel the agreement if experts are unable to give the
prior agreed number of answers within 90 days.

5. Glints Indonesia has the right to cancel the agreement if experts break any of the
content guidelines.

6. In order to ensure that Experts get rewarded fairly, Experts will be given an excel sheet
template from Glints Indonesia to keep track of their answers.

7. Glints Indonesia has the rights to moderate or edits the content, without changing the
substance and/or essence of the narrative, in order to make it more readable

8. Glints Indonesia reserves all the rights of all answers and properties in Glints Platform.

9. Upon the completion, experts can inform Glints representative through WhatsApp

10. The Amazon Kindle Book or Tokopedia gift card will be sent to the Expert’s prefered
address d+3 after the day of completion.
