1. The article was very well constructed, and the author made very good points all throughout. He
maybe wanted to write the article to reach people and enlighten them with the harsh reality of
Racism, Sexism, and injustices in the Philippines.
2. It is hard to be a Filipino in a society that revolves on Racial Prejudices and injustices. It shows
how hard it is to be a Filipino, most especially during these times where social media influences
people.
3. Agree. He just described and elaborated it into much more meaningful words. We cannot deny
the fact that Filipinos are one of the few people that are targeted for Racial Prejudices.
4. The article tells us all about where Racism rooted and how it is shown and expressed throughout
time. Racism now shows even from a simple joke, to be outcasted by society.
5. It is most effective to start educating your peers and using social media as platform to break
stigmas and spread awareness.

ACTIVITY 4
1. Women are held captive by the thought of being unsafe in streets. It is not all wrong for a
woman to take protective measures if that’s what makes her feel safe and comfortable.
2. It should be applied to all. Not all Arabs should be deprived of comfort and safety just
because of what society has stereotyped them.
3. Their genders do not impact their profession, as long as they do it properly and
professionally.
4. I would educate him/her in a natural way so that it won’t look forced. Just having a casual
conversation and educate him/her what he/she needs to correct.
5. He should be a role model to all parents with how he treats his son. Most parents disagree
to what the father had allowed, but if would surely establish a great relationship between
him and his son.
