First and foremost, we thank to God for all the benediction. He has bequeathed upon us

during our degree project and certainly throughout our journey. Next, our genuine gratitude

and appreciation to our supervisor, Mr. Nizamuddin Bin Dato’ Hj. Zainuddin who have

guided, supported and encouraged us throughout the journey. Their endurance in dealing with

our weakness and imperfection in many things is the pivotal to the completion of this thesis.

We also would like to thank all of the lecturers in School of Technology Management and

Logistics (STML) for their support and compensation since we pursue our studies as

Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics and Transportation (Hons) at Universiti

Utara Malaysia in 2018.

We have been honored with friendly and cheerful group fellow students. Other than that, we

also cherished with the support and friendships with logistics and transportation colleagues.

We adore all prized moments we shared and might want to express gratitude toward them.
