departments were involved in the new product
development process which helped the chefs to

product to meet the consumers preferences. There
was a good coordination between the market
department and research and development
division which as a result provided with good
ideas and helped them to position the product
correctly with supportive campaigns.
The company also placed a lot of faith in
consumer research, which helped it in bringing
about constant product innovations which enables
the company to come up with successful products .
