ABSTRACT
SAMSUNG MOBILES have a overall good performance and reputation in mobile market, but
they are not in excellent position. There products performance is good in market but they are not
in excellent level compared to there competitors. Most of there users are below 20 years and
gender wise they is majority of male users, and there is very less percentage customers are above
50 years.According to majority of Retailers SAMSUNG MOBILES has a good future in the
market, but not excellent future.
