The Department of Education Caraga Regional Office through the Human Resource Development Division and NEAP-Caraga shall conduct a DepEd Caraga Scholars Circle convergence on April 19 to 21, 2021 via Zoom application. 2. This Scholars Circle Convergence intends to: a. orient participants with the Scholarship Management Processes; b. gather feedback in the implementation of the scholarship programs and REAP; c. update the database of DepEd Caraga Scholars which may serve as a reference in identifying program partners in terms of curriculum development and other learning and development activities of the Department; share learning experiences and contribution during and after the scholarship program; and fe. discuss Re-entry Action Plan, implementation and its result or impact. 3. The participants of this activity are the Division Scholarship Focal Person and four (4) select scholars who are recipient of any Foreign or Local Scholarship Program within the last 10 years. 4. SDO Scholarship Focal Person are requested to send the official list of participants to caraga@deped.gov.ph copy furnished the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD) at hrdd_caraga@deped.gov.ph on or before April 5, 2021. 5.
