1. DepEd Caraga announces the Virtua.l Awarding Ceremony of Bulawanong

Sulo Awards 2O2O on November 27, 2O2O at 2:OO o'clock in the afternoon via
livestreaming at https: / /www.facebook.com / DepEdCaragaOfficial.

2. Plaques of Recognition as Finalists to the Bulntuanong SulO Awards 2O20 shall

be sent to the respective division ollices starting November 71,2O2O.

3. Finalists are requested to submit 3R-sized picture (upper half-body) and a 1-

minute videorecording. Specifications of the picture and videorecording are in
Enclosure 2.

4. SDO PRAISE committee shall facilitate and ensure that health and safety
protocols are strictly observed during the pictorial and videorecording.

5. Required {iles shall be submitted to HRDD at hrdd_ceraga@feped.gov.ph on

or before Ilovembcr 13, 2O2O,

A. Photo Requirements

1 Colored picture with white background.

2 Taken in 3-R-sized picture of upper half-body wearing a formal or smart
casual aftire.
3 For outstanding School, SDO, and orgarrization category, take a panoramic
picture showing the facade of the of the school/office building.

B. Video Requirements.

1 Use a green screen background.

2 Take a one-minute video of the Iinalist while holding the plaque of recognition
in front of a green-screen.
J Camera shall pan from a fuil-length body capture slowly zooming in focusing
the upper half-body for the first 30 seconds. For group categories, the following
may be included in the video provided that health and safety protocols are
observed:
a. SDO category: SDS, ASDS, CID Chief, and SGOD Chief
b. SDO Program Implementers:
c. School: School Principal, Asst. Principal, arrd Department Heads
d. Organization: Board of Directors/ Oflicers
4 Remaining 3Oseconds shall be used to record the finalist giving an acceptance
speech. The following shall give the speech:
