granted to teachers, Non-teaching and SOO personnel who participated/attended/monitored as stated in paragraph 6 of

the attached Regional Memorandum No. 022, s. 2020.

3 ) This memorandum serves as Travel Order of the concerned monitoring personnel.

4.) Travel and other incidental expenses relative to this activity shnll be charged against Division MOOE Fund

subject to usual accounting rules and procedures.

I . ) In consonance to Regional Memorandum No. 022, s. 2020, entitled "Simultaneous conduct of the

Early Registration and Regional Portfolio Day on January 25, 2020', this office announces the field on the

joint conduct of the said activities on the date stated above following the suggested activities as provided in
the memorandum.

2.) The said events fall on a Saturday and so happen to be a holiday, thus a one-day service credit/CTO

shall be granted lo teachers, Non-teaching and SDO personnel who participated/attended/monitored as stated

in paragraph 6 of the attached Regional Memorandum No. 022, s. 2020.

3.) A narrative report (ACR) of Portfolio Day in hard and soft copies is to be submitted on or before

February 3, 2020 to CID focal person Dr. Nerissa T. Arayan, while the Early Registration's

Accomplishment/picto-narrative report in pdf tile is to be submitted on or before March 6, 2020 to SOOD

1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 6 s. 2017 entitled, "Multi-Year Implementing Guideli

on Early Registration, N the Early Registration activities for the incoming school year for

public elementary and secondary schools are held from the last Saturday of January to the la t

Friday of February of each year. Hence, the field is reminded that this year's Early Registratio

activities are scheduled from January 25 to February 29, 2020.

2. Schools are advised to come up with various activities such as house-to-hous

campaigns or meetings with local and barangay officials, civic organizations, People

Organizations. and other advocacy mechanisms to maximize enrollment of school-age

children for Kindergarten, Grades 1, 7, and 1 1 .

3. Each Schools Division Office (SDOJ is required to submit a picto-narrative report in pd

file using the attached sample format to QJ.'fd >e<;> -9_18�� ,iey�d.gov.Qt· on or befor

March 6, 2020.

4. Simultaneous to the Early Registration is the 3� Quarter Regional Portfolio Day, whic

highlights the parent-teacher-adviser feedback giving, exhibiVdisplay of learners' outputs an

This shall also be held on January 25, 2020 Instead of January 18, 2020 as stated In RM No

404, s. 2019.

5. All Schools Division Superintendents are encouraged to empower the Divisio

Officials/personnel in monitoring these activities.

6. Considering that this is a holiday, service credits shall be granted in accordance wit

DepEd Order No. 53 entitled: Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits t
