1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum OUPS No. 2023-03 titled “Interim Guidelines of the
Learner Government Program (LGP) for the School Year 2023-2024. To recognize the
significant roles and contributions of learner-led clubs and organizations in schools,
The Schools Division Office of Cotabato shall conduct an orientation workshop for the
federated teacher-adviser on June 24-25, 2023. The venue will be announced in a
group chat before the day of conduct.

3. Travelling and other incidental expenses of the participants relative to the conduct of
the activity shall be charged against their school MOOE.

4. The facilitators/speakers and participants are entitled to one-day service credit

pursuant to Administrative Order No. 103, s.2004, CSC/DBM Joint Circular 2, s.
2004 and Joint Circular 2-A, s.2005.
