1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 25, s. 2024, Reconstitution of Public

Affairs Team, this Office announces the schedule of production of Blue Rizal Forum
and Blue Vibes Season 3, Rizal Core in Action, and Blue Rizal Gazette.

2. The said outputs of the Public Affairs Team aim to:

a) provide education updates to all internal and external stakeholders; and

b) intensify, monitor and deliver unified information and news and related
articles to the public through print and broadcast media.

3. Participants in this activity are the assigned Public Affairs Team members
following the schedule of meeting, production, and airing/release of the outputs.
Enclosure 1 presents the detailed list of participants.

4. The said episodes shall be aired and released as scheduled. Enclosure 2

presents the schedule of airing of the episodes of Blue Rizal Forum, Blue Vibes and
Rizal Core in Action and the release of Blue Rizal Gazette.

5. Transportation, food, and other incidental expenses that will be incurred

relative to the activity shall be charged against division/school MOOE or local funds
whichever is available subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.

6. Due to the urgency and exigency of the matter, school heads of the teacher
participants are encouraged to employ online or hybrid modality for the affected
classes of the teachers participating in the activity to ensure no disruption of classes
in compliance with DepEd Order No. 34, s. 2022, titled School Calendar and Activities

Measures to increase Engaged Time - on - Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
