A RESOLUTION ON UPDATING THE MEMBERS OF THE SCHOOL GOVERNANCE

COUNCIL FROM LGU, PTA, AND THE STUDENT ORGANIZATION.

WHEREAS, in accordance with Republic Act (RA) No. 9155, the Department of
Education (DepEd) provides the Implementing Guidelines on the
Establishment of School Governance Councils (SGC);

WHEREAS, SGC should be made up of representatives from various

committees/associations/groups, reputable community members,
and representatives of community organizations who have been
appointed as council members;

WHEREAS, as school year 2023-2024 starts, the newly elected PTA president,
student-leaders and some of the barangay officials are duly
recognized and appointed as new members of the council;

WHEREAS, the new member of the ex-officio and the PTA representative, Jose C.
Viovicente;

WHEREAS, from the LGU, Education Committee Chairman, Hon. Jesusa

Kimanhan; and SK Chairman, Hon. Dominador Sedonio Jr; and

WHEREAS, representative from the student organizations; Aqeel Wakee Faris S.

Egno as the SSLG President and from the SELG, Chloe P. Viovicente.

WHEREFORE, on the motion of the designated co-chairperson, Jean Sarah O.

Tambis, and accord unanimously by all members be it;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to update the members of the council;

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the copy of this resolution be furnished to the Principal’s
Office and SGC for kind consideration.

WE HEREBY CERTIFY TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED; this 1st of December, 2023 at Pandapan Integrated School.
