1. DepEd SDO Naga joins the Naga City Local Government in the celebration of the
74th Charter Anniversary of Naga City and 64th Birth Anniversary of Jesse M.
Robredo on May 27, 2022, 7:30 a.m. at the Museo of Jesse Robredo and 10:00 a.m. at
Plaza Rizal respectively.

submission of the attendance sheets prescribed by the school/office heads to AO Mary

Ann Rosauro immediately after the occasion per DepEd Order No. 19, s. 2011 and
DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003.

4. The face-to-face activity shall follow the minimum health standards required for
COVID Infection Prevention by physical distancing, wearing of face mask. All
participants with respiratory symptoms or exposure to probable cases and not fully
vaccinated should not attend the said gathering.

5. All expenses incurred for the procurement of Wreath to be offered during the
celebration shall be charged against local funds subject to the usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulation.
