SUBJECT: CORRIGENDUM TO DIVISION MEMORANDUM NO. 405 S. 2023 ON 2023

NATIONAL CHILDREN’S MONTH CELEBRATION

DATE: November 21, 2023

1. In reference to the Division Memorandum No. 405 s. 2023 dated November 14, 2023 on
2023 National Children’s Month Celebration, the Unity Walk and Launching of
SAGIP Pangkaligtasan and shall be moved from November 22, 2023 to November 24,
2023.
The following details are as follows:
A. Unity Walk
1. Schedule and Venue details
Schedule: November 24, 2023, 6:30 AM
Assembly time: 6:00 AM
Venue: Grand Terminal
2. Route for Unity Walk
The start of the Unity Walk shall be at 6:30 A.M., from the Grand Terminal, the
participants shall walk to Zamora St., Rizal St., Galvez St., and shall proceed to
the Speaker Eugenio Perez National Agricultural School (SEPNAS) in Roxas
Boulevard. All school heads, School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) presidents,
Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) chairpersons, and barangay captains shall attend the
launching of SAGIP Pangkaligtasan and Pangkapayapaan and proceed to SEPNAS
Perez Hall while the other participants shall proceed to the flagpole and return to
their respective schools/stations.
3. Number of Participants
a. All Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) and Supreme Secondary
Learner Government (SSLG) officers;

c. All School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA)officers;
d. All school heads and department heads,
e. All Public Schools District Supervisors;
f. All Education Program Supervisors;
g. All Sangguniang Kabataan officials;
h. All Barangay officials;
i. All NAPPSHI, PESPA, Master Teachers’ Association, Teachers’ Association (T1-
T3), Department Heads (JHS and SHS) officers;
j. Private school principal and administrators; and
k. PNP San Carlos City focal persons.

B. Launching of SAGIP Pangkaligtasan and Pangkapayapaan

1. Schedule and Venue details
Schedule: November 24, 2023, 8:00 AM
Assembly and picture taking: 7:30 AM
Venue: SEPNAS Perez Hall
2. Number of Participants
The participants shall be:
a. All School Heads;
b. All School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) Presidents;
c. All Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairpersons; and
d. All Barangay Captains

2. Together with their statement T-shirts, all participants are encouraged to put on their
Christmas accessories such as Santa hats, etc. for the video shooting during Unity Walk
which shall be used for the making of SDO SCC Station ID.

3. All other provisions in the previously issued memorandum are still enforced and in effect.

4. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
