This Division

1. The DepEd Caraga will conduct the Virtual Capacity Development on


Sustainability of WASH in Schools (WinS) in Times of Emergencies Cum
Face-to-Face Hands-On Training on Online Monitoring System and
Making of Improvised Reusable Sanitary Pads on the following dates:
A. Virtual Capacity Development - July 19-20 via MS Teams thru

B. Face-to-Face Capacity Development - on July 22, 2022
(Venue to be announced later)

2. The training aims to emphasize the importance of WASH during


emergencies, discuss with stakeholders their responsibilities in sustaining
the implementation of the program, capacitate participants in making
reusable menstrual pads and to capacitate the users on how to navigate the
OMS.

3. The participants for the Virtual Capacity Development are the following

5. All participants must present their vaccination card or their negative


COVID-19 Test upon entrance to the venue.

6. Health declaration form a day before the face-to-face activity shall be filled-
out by the participants which can be accessed through this link:

7. Participants for the Face-to-Face Activities are requested to bring their own
laptops, extension wires and pocket-wifi and to provide materials needed in
making reusable pads.

8. Meals and snacks shall be provided to all participants during the face-t-
face activity charged to Regional Office MOOE funds.

9. The travelling expenses of the participants shall be charged against the


local funds of the sending Divisions/Schools subject to the usual
accounting rules and regulations.

10. Strict adherence to the required health protocols must be observed during
the entire duration of the activity.

11. Wide and immediate dissemination of this memorandum is highly


recommended.
