DEED OF DONATION OF A PORTION

OF PARCEL OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

That we, spouses LIONEL L. ASTILLERO and ENRIQUIETA G.

ASTILLERO, both of legal age, Filipinos and a resident of Barangay IV, Tangub
City, Misamis Occidental herein after called the DONORS and in favor of the
spouses JUDE L. RAVAGO and MARY GRACE REYES RAVAGO, both of legal
age, Filipinos, with postal address at Maloro, Tangub City, Misamis Occidental,
herein called the DONEES:

WITNESSETH

That the DONORS is the owner of a Residential Lot with TCT NO. 00001
covered by TAX DECLARATION NO. 1234567 identified and described as
follows:

N. 06 deg. 11’W., 22.39 m. to point 2;

N. 88 deg. 25’E., 19.21 m. to point 3;
S. 16 deg. 04’E., 22.36 m. to point 4;
S. 86 deg. 46’W., 23.02 m. point of the beginning.

That for and consideration that both the DONEE will build, put up or
establish a Residential House to be situated at the portion of the would-be-
donated aforementioned portion of the parcel of land, the DONORS, do by this
presents do hereby act of cooperation, liberality, generosity, voluntarily and
freely gives, cede, transfer and convey by way of DONATION unto both the
said DONEE a portion of the parcel of land situated at Barangay IV, Tangub
City, Misamis Occidental with an area of 50 square meters (sq. m.) or
whatever purpose/s the DONEE’s deem best over the same.

That the herein DONEE does hereby receives and accepts the
DONATION OF the PORTION OF A PARCEL OF LAND and does by this
presents do hereby expresses the sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the
kindness and liberality shown by the DONORS in recognizing the above
described parcel of Land.
