Course Description

This course has been designed to give students a conceptual introduction to the field of Business
Communication and its divisions. It aims at introduction to basic terminologies involved in BC. We first review
the introduction to BC, its concepts, application and way forward. Next, we go into philosophies from research
papers. The idea is to go for conceptual development and its application in the areas of interest of research
scholars. Finally, we try to develop an approach to look at things from BC perspective.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, students will be able to:


o perceive the BC related problems of respective field in an analytical way;
o identify and codify organization communication with the help of deeper understanding of organization
science;
o investigate the nature and strength of the relationship between BC and organization and;
o Understand the application and usefulness of BC with regard to organization and real life.
