I am writing in reference of McKellen Jaramillo for this opportunity. I have known

McKellen for three years, and I have worked alongside him for one of those.

McKellen is a sociable individual that others find very easy to approach. He is also very
hardworking, and always makes sure that the task at hand is completed. These traits have
made him a valuable asset for all endeavors we have undertaken.

McKellen worked hard to gain the skills necessary to complete any of the tasks assigned
to him, even if the position was one he wasn’t familiar with this. He is able to quickly
learn and develop new skills and can often find a way to make them more efficient.
