Post Training Report With Learning Action Plan LFH (Cariño)
Post Training Report With Learning Action Plan LFH (Cariño)
3. What facts or information do you remember and understand from your LFH Program, which
you find relevant and useful to share to your supervisory/peers/staff?
• The only thing that’s inevitable in this world, aside from death and taxes, is change. We may
have different ways on how to approach change, but, in my opinion, the most effective way is to
adapt and just go with the flow.
• Create a routine. Anxiety thrives if we only allow it to thrive. Divert your focus on what is
important and not spend time sulking over certain things that may or may not exist at all.
4. What value does the new information/facts learned have in relation to your task/project?
What learnings were you able to combine or apply to create or improve your task/project?
• After the webinar, I learned how to prioritize the important things that need to be done in order
to move on and continue.
• I also learned the different views on change. The speaker shared the William Bridges Framework
which is a guide for people going through change. The framework focuses on the transition and
not on the change itself or in relatable terms, it focuses on the journey and not on the destination.
5. Minutes of Sharing Session of New Knowledge gained with supervisor and/or peers and staff
During the breakout session, I was lucky enough to share my lockdown experiences with Ms. Kay
Anne Badenas and Rowena Laquindanum, both from Head Office. They disclosed that they are
having anxieties and doubts as to the uncertainty this pandemic brings. They added that they are
looking for other things to do to help them maintain their mental health. Lastly, they are just
hoping that when we enter this “new normal”, we can easily adapt to the change and enjoy the
things we usually do during the “old normal”.
