Engagement and Business Results

AonHewitt has been analyzing the connection


between employee Engagement and market success
since early 90's, when our Engagement methodology
was developed. The results show unambiguous
correlation in the cases of most of the financial
indicators.

Satisfaction

According to our research the key to the Engagement


of the employees is their satisfaction. In our “Diamond
model” we identified 20 drivers, which are responsible
for 70-80 percent of Engagement.
