Ecofeminism and Migration: A tool to construct sustainable societies.

In the recent years, the worrying issue of climate change has turned into a delicate
worldwide objective, implying the necessity to develop government policies. Due to
ecofeminism is a philosophical ideology which studies similarities between nature and
women, especially it has a close interest to revendicate their role in sustainable
development, then it becomes crucial to understand social problems related with
environmental imbalance because the female cooperation ties create a solid structure for
the growth of socio-environmental conditions. This essay attempts to argue why why
ecofeminism is a useful tool to create strategies to understand the displacement caused by climate
change in Colombia.
