1. Describe your home office environment.

2. How long have you been working telecommute?
March of 2020, when the lockdown started.
3. Where do you find clients, and how many clients do you typically have at a given time?
I was working with Microsourcing before and our account is Ijara Waqf Services, then we
have to work from home when the lockdown started.
4. How many total hours per week are you currently working on other projects/clients?
I was a full-time employee with Microsourcing.
5. What communication difficulties do you experience working telecommute and how do
you resolve them? Our neighbor’s dogs told my neighbor about it and I have also moved
to different place inside the house.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

1. What motivates you? My goals and dreams for my family, specially for my soon turning
10 mos. old son.

2. How would you describe your work habits? – simple, I work quietly, I don’t brag what I
have done, tell me what needs to be done, what is it for, and I’ll do it. I like to know what
the weight is of what I am doing and not only to be instructed to do something.

3. Describe the pace at which you work – slow, moderate, or fast?


Moderate, I like to take my time doing the task, making sure I’m doing it correctly one-
time. But I can also do it fast if I’m already familiar with it and is 101% sure of what I am
doing.
4. How organized are you; what, if anything, do you feel you could do to be better
organized? I’m a bit old school, I like to write stuffs or tasks, make notes about it. It’s
dual purpose me I have notes as a reminder, and it makes a reminder in my mind about
the task or stuff.

5. Describe a situation that didn’t go as well as you planned. What would you have done
differently? – There was customer who had an issue with his account and was already
dealing it with my colleague, he called for a follow up and I was the one whom he spoke
with that time, I ask my colleague about it and he said he will callback the customer,
ended up he forgot about it and the customer got mad. I should have made a follow up
with my colleague about it, or at least tried to resolve the issue from my end.

6. How much supervision do you want or need?


Minimal supervision will do, I don’t like being micromanage.

7. Describe yourself in terms of emotional control; what sorts of things irritate you the most,
or get you down? – Unappreciated.

8. Are you more comfortable dealing with concrete, (short-term) or more abstract, (long-
term) issues? Explain. I can handle them both, but I’ll choose short-term so I can attend
to other customer concerns or needs instead of just dealing with one.

9. What actions would you take in the first week, should you join our organization?
10. Be familiarize with the company, the process, how it works, how it runs, what are the
different areas or departments. Who is our customers, What are their common inquiries
or concerns, the solution/answer to it.
11. After you log off, do you still think about work and answer email, or do you relax to
ensure a good work/life balance? – There are times that I still think about it, I guess it’s
unavoidable sometimes, I just make a note or reminder for it, I like to keep a good
work/life balance, I believe it is very important for everyone.

12. Describe a situation in which the pressure to compromise your integrity was the
strongest. – Customer was receiving a call from the bank regarding an overdue
payment, his account was already debited but the funds are not going thru the bank, he

thought that we are fraud and taking his money, ended up he switched his bank details
without advising us.

13. Describe the most difficult person you’ve ever worked with.
Toxic, she cannot separate her personal matters with company work etiquettes.

14. Describe a situation in which you felt others were wrong and you were right.
Our Auditor did an account audit for one of our customers whom she thought has a
balanced with us, I made a rerun on the audit and found out that it was balanced.

15. Who was the best leader or manager in all of your previous projects? What is it about his
or her behavior that made you enjoy working together?
Mark Daniel Bermudo, he is very positive with the things around him, very calm and
relax, but knows everything that needs to be done right away. He doesn’t crack under
pressure.
16. What traits do you possess which you think are essential to be successful at
telecommuting? – I always put myself on the customers shoe, as I believe every single
one of us is a customer in every single way, just differently at times, but the bottom line
is we want to get the best value for our hard earned money, we know what we deserve
on what we have paid for.
