Revit was created with Architects & Construction Industry in mind, combining
geometry and construction data into a single Data-Rich Model. Autodesk
introduced Revit MEP to explicitly equip MEP engineers, contractors, and
design firms, the needs of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing industry
segment to fulfil the Industry requirements because though there was many 3D
Modelling software to Model Exteriors & Interiors of a Building but couldn’t
provide Electrical Routing, Plumbing & Piping Routing, Firefighting system
placement. This is why REVIT MEP played a crucial role in the Building &
Construction Industry to exclusively execute the Site work without hassles.
As Revit MEP becomes more widely used, more projects are being built with
the data-rich models that MEP engineers, Trade Contractors, and Design firms
need.
1. Duct and Pipe System Modelling - for faster and easier design and
modifications.
2. HVAC and Electrical System Design – for 3 Dimensional Electrical,
Ducting and Pipework design.
3. Duct/Pipe Sizing & Pressure Calculators – for Sizing and Pressure loss
calculations.
4. Conduit and Cable Tray Modelling – With reporting of run lengths for
accurate material costing.
5. Automatic Generation of Construction Drawing – Quickly update
construction views and design changes.
Students and Professionals learn how to use Revit MEP to create Revit MEP
Design, Product Simulation, Design Communication, Tooling Development,
and much more. The course will assist candidates in studying technology,
allowing them to improve their Skills and Productivity.
