How to reset a WorkCentre 7535? by Komputr ∙ Nov 6th, 2014 at 1:52am
Xerox Hardware
We have 3 WorkCentre 7535's that we are
returning to our vendor because our leases have expired. We would like to reset all our information in the units before we send them back. (Fax settings, network scan settings, email settings, etc.) I have searched through the web interface and the control panel with no luck (although the web interface allowed me to reset a few settings in a few sections). I came up empty searching Spiceworks & Google. Any ideas?

here are my notes on doing a reset from the 7545
should be the same except the software reset part.
Press the login button on the machine.
Login as admin:admin then press the machine status button. Select troubleshooting, resets, software reset, all.
Confirm the reset and wait until the reset
completes.

We have tried that. Unfortunately all that does is
restart the copier without doing a full power cycle.
