The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) is on a strategic level for he is the one responsible
for almost overall performance of an organization. This position is directly responsible for leading
managers of the division and indirectly responsible for all employees within the division. CHRO
responsibilities include designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting
strategies that meet our business goals.

HR Director belongs to a supervision level for he is responsible for all the activities of the
organization including trainings, policy-making and such. HR Directors are tasked with overseeing HR
systems, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets,
assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training programs, and developing compensation
plans.

In the execution level, there are the recruiters and trainers that lead everyone to working
efficiently. They make sure that things will go smoothly during working hours. They are responsible for
developing the skills of the workers.

Safety officers ensure that no harm will ever get to everyone during working hours or even
before or after that. The workplace is made safe by safety officers. They also disseminate information
about safety measures and instruction so that everything in the workplace will went well.
