III. Course Description: The course covers thorough analyses on elements of
crimes under different titles and its amendments and applicability in the
administration of justice with emphasizes on recent principles of law,
jurisprudence and special laws while recognizing the fundamental rights of
a person as provided in the Constitution, Revised Penal and other relevant
statutes.
IV. Course Learning Outcomes:
1: Value the concepts of different crimes under the Revised Penal Code book
2 which may create an issue on human rights.
2: Demonstrate competence and broad understanding in elements of the
various crimes as provided in Revised Penal Code Book 2.
3: Apply the Principles of and Jurisprudence of different crimes under the
Revised Penal Code book 2.

Students are expected to comply with the following:
Compilation of manuscript, academic portfolio, library research, Individual
and oral presentation., quizzes, Recitation, and major exam

X. Computation of Grades: The passing score is 50% of the total items in the
examinations, while the passing grade for the semester is 75%. The basis
for the computation of the semester grade is as follows:
Midterm grade: 70% Class standing and 30% midterm
examination Final Grade: 70% Class standing and 30% final
examination Semester grade: 50% midterm grade and 50% final
grade
