    2. File naming convention: 5XXXXA-LanguageAbbreviation_DocumentName.Extension


    a. file name must include your course number that will be provided to you upon submission of Syllabus and Submission form
    b. file name character limit: not to exceed 50 characters. Clear abbreviations are acceptable.
