CEREC inLab®:

The standard for all-ceramic CAD/CAM restorations

CEREC inLab restorations provide technically and clinically reliable results through the proven
CEREC® and VITA In-Ceram® technologies. VITA In-Ceram materials have achieved up to an
impressive 99% success rate at 6 years in-vivo1, with 12 years of clinically proven use in millions
of restorations worldwide. While other systems utilize pressed slip-cast ceramics that often
compromise the overall strength and integrity of the coping, CEREC inLab copings and multiple-
unit-bridge frameworks are milled out of single, solid blocks of material. The addition of new
materials from 3M™ ESPE™ and Ivoclar Vivadent ® give CEREC inLab the ability to produce
the most comprehensive range of restorative applications, including fully-contoured crowns,
multiple-unit bridges, inlays, onlays and splinted teeth.

CEREC inLab – all-ceramic solutions for every indication

Four types of strong and esthetic CEREC inLab materials are available: SPINELL™,
ALUMINA™, ZIRCONIA™ and new Yttrium-reinforced Zirconia (YZ™). These materials
make CEREC inLab restorations suitable for virtually any clinical indication while satisfying
both the esthetic and functional needs of each patient. With a strength of 350 Mpa, SPINELL is
the ideal choice for very high esthetics and is indicated for single anterior crowns. ALUMINA
combines high strength (525 Mpa) and high translucency for anterior/posterior crowns and three-
unit anterior bridges. At 750 Mpa & 1000 Mpa, respectively, ZIRCONIA and Yttrium-reinforced
Zirconia provide the perfect solution for very high strength applications, and are excellent choices
for posterior crowns and multiple-unit posterior cases in high-stress areas.

Easy prep and cementation

No need to change your technique—CEREC inLab restorations accommodate both shoulder and
chamfer preparations—whichever you prefer. The finished restorations are placed using either
conventional bonding agents or cementation with glass ionomer and composite adhesives; again,
the choice is always yours. What makes CEREC inLab restorations unique is that fact that they
are designed to accommodate the specific parameters and needs of the case at hand, rather than
forcing you to conform to a specific prep style, cement, or bonding agent for everything you do.

Unlimited esthetic possibilities

The beauty of CEREC inLab restorations begins at the core, with a choice of four colors of
infiltration glass. At build-up, VITADUR ® ALPHA, VM7, and VM9 porcelains allow the lab to
select from the most comprehensive and esthetic palette of shades available. This unique
combination of porcelains works together to give the restorations dynamic vitality in the mouth.
CEREC inLab restorations are easy for you, and their natural beauty ensures complete patient
satisfaction. See the difference for yourself—send us a case today.
