SPICY CHESEE OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS:

1 medium size of onion(finely chopped)

5 cloves of garlic (minced)

1 medium tomato (finely chopped)

2 organic large egg

1 tablespoon whole milk or water

3/4 cup cheddar cheese( grated)

½ teaspoon chili paste

Salt and black pepper to taste

Butter or oil

PROCEDURE
 Beat the egg together with salt, pepper, and whole milk in a bowl.
 Put an nonstick pan over medium high heat and wait a minute before adding butter or oil.
 Sauté garlic, onion and, tomato. Add chili paste and set aside (this will be your filling)
 In the separate nonstick pan over medium high heat put butter or oil. Pour it an egg mixture.
 As egg set around edge of skillet, tilt and rotate skillet to allow uncooked egg to flow into empty
spaces
 When eggs are almost set on surface but still look moist, cover half of omelette with filling. Slip
spatula under unfilled side. Fold over onto filled half.
 Cooked for a minute, then slide omelette onto plate.
