General Instructions For Students Attempting Open Book Examination Paper

a) You will download paper from university exam portal (deexam.suit.edu.pk). Details of portal, user id and
password will be mentioned on your roll number slip.
b) You have 24 hours to solve this question paper.
c) Provide the following information on each page:
1. Roll Number 2. Registration Number 3. Student Name 4. Name of Degree Program
5. Name of Course/ Paper 6. Date of Exam Paper as per roll number slip issued
7. Page number as per instructions. 8. Student Signatures
d) Write the same question number on answer book / sheet as mentioned on question paper.
e) Solve the paper in your own words because if paper grader reports copying/ cheating, your paper will be
cancelled and UFM case will be initiated against you.
f) In case answers of two or more students match, their paper will be cancelled and UFM case will be initiated
against each student.
g) After attempting your paper completely, recount your attempted questions and arrange your sheets in proper
order and staple those OR tie with thread. The assign page numbers.
h) Time for submission of answer book/ sheets is 3 hours i.e. from 2:00 pm till 5:00 pm as per submission date
mentioned on roll number slip.
i) Anyone failing to submit his/ her answer book/ sheet on specified time as per his/ her roll number slip will be
declared ABSENT and late submissions will not be accepted.

Instructions for Submission of Paper

 Solve your paper using MS Word in Microsoft Office but will upload the same on portal in PDF format.
(maximum size allowed for solved answer book is 20 MB)
 Do not try to copy paste from any website, in case plagiarism is found then paper will be cancelled and UFM case
will be initiated against you.
 You are required to upload solved answer book/sheets on same exam portal (deexam.suit.edu.pk) mentioned
on your roll number slip on prescribed date and time.
 Please upload your solved answers book in PDF Format. Answer book file must not exceed 20 MB.
