Below are ten situations. Seven call for counseling by the supervisor. Three do not. Check the three situations that require no counseling.
1 When an employee violates the standards set by the organization.
2 When an employee is consistently late or absent. 3 When the employee's lifestyle affects one's performance and that of his/ her dealings with officemates. 4 When an employee's productivity is down. 5 When one employee behaves in such a way that the productivity of others is negatively affected. 6 When you are upset. 7 When two employees have a conflict that is becoming public and the work performance of both employees are greatly affected. 8 When two employees compete with each other, such that, the productivity of the organization is hampered. 9 When you want to compliment an individual. 10 When you want to delegate a new task.
