Background of the Video:

Sir Kenneth Robinson a renowned author and Professor , in this video talks about Revolutionising education
system for fostering creativity rather than subduing creativity in students.
He expresses that rather than following pre-decided path and norms as per current education system ,Focus
should be on further developing creativity and treating all kind of activities whether
Sports,Drama,Music,Dance at par to Normal School Educational courses and children to be provided
freedom to explore in their desired field.

Communication Strategies:

The speaker interacts with Audience using his humour, jokes and anecdotes to enhance the effectiveness of
the communication and keep Audience engaged.
He tried to further connect with audience by sharing his personal experiences while trying to connect to
theirs.He used comprehension checks, for eg- , “Am I right?”, “Isn’t that true?” to find out to what extent the

audience is following him.

He mentioned Data and figures to validate his point and provide clear information to prove his arguments
and used easy to understand yet effective language to communicate.
