Cases :

Mrs. A, 53 years old, was admitted to the Abunawas hospital with complaints of pain in the left
breast after breast caesarean surgery.

Diagnose :

a. Pain associated with physical injury

b. Lack of knowledge about disease associated with lack of information
c. The risk of infection associated with the initiation of surgey

The main problem :

The client said pain in the left breast and the client complained of pain in the stitches from
the operation.

The client's safety and comfort pattern said that the stitches in the breast were painful when
his left hand was moved.

Coping with stress

The client said that he accepted the situation he was now resigned to and was patient in
undergoing this treatment.

Identification :

a. subjective data

 The client said pain in the stitches from the operation

 the client said he did not know about the disease

b. objective data

 the client looks in pain and holds the sore area.

 the scar on the left breast surgery
 the patient does not understand the disease
 no infection such as: redness, heat, swelling, itching, leukocytes more than normal limits

Diagnosis of pain associated with surgical physical injury agents. has done an evaluation
with the client's response saying the pain is reduced. the general condition of the client is
good, looks relaxed and calm. it can be concluded that the problem is partially resolved so
that the intervention is continued: suggestion of doing relaxation techniques that have been
taught. This is supported by the assistance of the family so that patients do not experience
stress with the pain they experience.
