A: Good afternoon Santana´s Hotel Johnny speaking how can I help?


B: I’d like to book an accomodation for a group of 3 .We’ll arrive on Sunday the 14th and leave the 17th
A: What type of room do you need?
B: We need a double room and a single room.
A: Let me check our reservations. That’s fine. So one double and a single room for four nights from the
14th to the 17th of February.
B: What is the price of the rooms?
A: The double room rate is 200 USD, and the single room rate is 120 USD.
B: That’s ok.
A:Can I take your name please?
B: Yes, Diego Mendoza.

A: There is one at the mall too, in the first floor.

B: I’ II just check for you. I’m afraid we don’t have any double room left for those days, there is a festival
those days and we are very busy.

A: Hello, I’d like to book a family room for one week from Sunday the 17th of Februrary.
B: Unfortunalety, the hotel is closed for refurbishment we are decorating the restaurants and lounge
, and we are not reopening till the 25th of February.
