Q20
Areas that require the student teacher's corrective action.

We are going to focus on asking good questions during our live sessions, choosing specific students who struggle and check more for
understanding. We are going to practice coming up with stronger questions to ask the students (avoiding more generic questions and
choosing specific things to ask that are content related ie avoid "does everyone understand").

Q21
Areas in which the student teacher has demonstrated excellence.

Ms. Sutton does a great job relating to students, talking to the kids in the room about their interests and making them feel at ease.
She is also very encouraging, cheering them on when they demonstrate knowledge. Kids feel comfortable talking to her and asking
questions.

Her lessons are also very thorough and break down the information. There is an excellent flow from one point to the next. Notes are
concise and on grade level. Activities are easy for students to manage.
