Sccond & Third Saturdays of the month shall be closed Saturdays forthe Subordinate Courts Republic day, Muharram fatl on Sunday and Independence day falls on closed Saturday, therefore, no Holiday is declared separately. “The Judicial Officer of Subordinate Courts shall be entitled 10 avail vacation fora period of matximum 15 days in year during the Summer Vacation from 18.05.2020 to 12.06.2020 and Winter Holidays from 21.12.2020 to 31.12.2020. Holidays declared on account of Millad-Un-Nabi, 1d-Ul- Fitr, 14-Ul-Zuha and Muharram arc subject to change depending upon the visibility of the Moon, If the State Government dectares any change in these daies through “TW/AIRU Newspaper, the same wll be followed. 6. ‘The Officers and employees ofthe Subordinate Courts shall be entitled toavail of three optional holidays in the year, out of the list of optional holidays as may be declared by the State Government forthe yeat 2020. “The Subordinate Courts shall observe the Local Holiday's as declared by the Competent Authority in respective Revenue Districts on account oflocal festival of the District.
