After praising Allah
Send Blessings upon the Prophet & then Ask Allah whatever you want
Al-Tirmidhi (3476) narrated that Fadaalah ibn ‘Ubayd (RA) said:
Whilst the Messenger of Allah (sal-lal-laahu-alaihi-wa-sallam) was
sitting, a man came in and prayed and said, “O Allah, forgive me احلُ ْس َ َٰن فَ ْادعُوهُ ِِبَا

(Surah al Araaf 7: 180)
upon Him.”
According to another version (3477): “When one of you prays, let
him start with praise of Allah, then let him send blessings upon the
Prophet, then let him ask whatever he likes after that.” Then
another man prayed after that, and he praised Allah and sent
blessings upon the Prophet (sal-lal-laahu-alaihi-wa-sallam) The
Prophet (sal-lal-laahu-alaihi-wa-sallam) said: “O worshipper, ask

6. Daily Routine
Before sleeping at night
1. Recite the Last 3 Surahs
It was narrated from ‘Aa’ishah (R.A) that when the Prophet ﷺwent to bed
every night, he would hold his hands together and blow into them, and recite
into them Qul Huwa Allaahu Ahad, Qul a’oodhu bi rabbil-falaq and Qul
a’oodhu bi rabbin-naas. Then he would wipe them over whatever he could of
his body, starting with his head and face and the front of his body, and he
would do that three times.”.

2. Recite the Last 2 verses of Surah al Baqarah
It was narrated from Abu Mas’ood al-Ansari (R.A) that the Prophet ﷺsaid: “Whoever recites
the last two verses of Surah al-Baqarah at night, they will suffice him.”
