DATA SHEET
Centrilift employs a proprietary process to apply lead sheath directly over the
polypropylene insulation in CPL cables. For additional protection on CEL cable,
a bedding tape is used to protect the lead sheath during application of the
armor. The armor on all Centrilift cables is edge coated on all sides to provide
the industry’s best corrosion protection. CEL cable is applicable in a wide range
of temperatures from -40ºF (-40ºC) to 450ºF (232ºC) while CPL cable is rated
from -40ºF (-40ºC) to 257ºF (125ºC). CPN Round
For benign down-hole conditions, Centrilift CPN cable is the most cost effective
option. CPN cable features the best grade of polypropylene and a specially
formulated nitrile rubber jacket provides added physical protection from gas,
heat and pressure. Galvanized steel armor provides overall protection in both a
round and flat configuration. CPN cable is applicable in a temperature range
from -30°F (-34°C) to 205°F (96°C).
Centrilift also offers cables for special applications. Contact your local CPN Flat
Centrilift representative for more information.
