Standard features include leather seats with a heated front row, Smart Entry with Push Button Start, a 432-watt audio
system with eight speakers, 18-inch alloy wheels, Jewel Eye LED headlights and more. The Tech package adds
navigation, an upgraded stereo, Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning and blind spot indicators. The
Advance package upgrades the radio again, adds more safety features, bigger wheels and an upscale interior.

Inside, the 2014 Acura MDX features a reclining, sliding second row of seats, improved access to the third row, and a
lower step-in height. Cabin quietness has been improved with thicker glass and more sound-deadening material.
Console storage also has been increased; the main compartment now can hold a tablet computer, purse or similar-
sized object.

The MDX will do battle in the competitive entry luxury SUV segment that features the Lexus RX, BMW X3 and Volvo
XC60. Like the MDX, all three start around $40,000.
