Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 43, s. 2017, “The Teacher Induction Program (TIP)’ requires the newly-hired teachers with 0-3 years of teaching experience in the public school system to complete the 3-year cycle of TIP by undertaking the six (6) modules, mentoring, differential supervision, and formal classroom observation for their continuous professional development. Generally, it intends to improve their knowledge, skills, attitude and values (KSA's), increase their confidence in teaching to make them effective and efficient, develop their passion in teaching and eventually commits themselves to nurture every learner. 2. _ Inline with the implementation of the TIP Policy, a division-wide Orientation and Induction Program on Modules 1 to 6 shall be conducted to newly-hired teachers (teachers hired from September 2019 to February 2021 on March 23—26, 29-30, 2021 at DITC and Library simultaneously. 3. To ensure proper protocols and health standards, participants are divided into two groups. List of participants and schedule of activities are found in enclosure 1 and 2 respectively.
