iResidence iResidence is located in the northern part of Bucharest, in Pipera
neighborhood the most developed area form both business and residential point

Apartment types

In order to reach a large pool of clients, the typologies of the apartments have a
great variety, our project offering 35 different configurations of 2, 3 and 4 rooms
apartments, designed to answer the needs of any family size and lifestyle.
Also as a response to the feedback of the real estate market of Bucharest, all

Central private green park

The apartment buildings are built around a 14.000 sqm large park that is private,
