AN ORDER ORGANIZING THE BARANGAY VERIFICATION TEAM (BVT) OF
BARANGAY MAPALAD, TARLAC CITY, TARLAC.

WHEREAS, the Listahanan or the National Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction
(NHTSPR) project of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) will be conducting he
Validation and Finalization Phase for second semester of CY 2020 to assess and verify preliminary list of
poor households and the correctness of entries in the database;

WHEREAS, in order to meet this objective, organizing of the Barangay Verification Team
(BVT) is imperative;

SECTION 1. ORGANIZATION AND COMPOSITION.

Co-Chairperson: HON. WINNIE N. TABIOS, Barangay Kagawad
Members: ALEX MANZANO, Chief Tanod
SALOME REGUINDIN, Barangay Nutrition Scholar

SECTION 2. FUNCTIONS OF THE COMMITTEES. The committee shall perform the

following functions:
1. Resolve all complaints and/or appeals brought by individuals and/or groups;
2. Identify households that have not been assessed based on appeals and complaints received;
and
3. Certify the completeness or incompleteness of the List of Households living below the poverty
threshold along with the recommended changes.

SECTION 3. EFFECTIVITY. This order shall take effect immediately.
