I. SCOPE OF THE PROGRAM


The Search applies to all teaching and non-teaching personnel of Cabangan High School provided
that they meet the criteria set by the PRIDE Committee

VIII. CRITERIA

A. Meritorious Awards
 Brigada
 This award will be given to those teachers and stakeholders who showed exemplary
support during Brigada Eskwela S.Y 2017-2018.
(The selection of the awardees will be based on the record from the last year’s report)
 Consistent Project/Program Proponent
 This award will be given to those teachers who showed proper monitoring of the
project. The accomplishment reports of the program will be used as one of the bases
during the selection.
 Winning Coach
 This award will be given to those teachers who produced winners in the different levels
of competition.
 Most number of DLL submitted
 This award will be given to those teachers who submitted their DLL 40-45 times within
the school year based on the record of the office
 Most Punctual
 This award will be given to those teachers who are consistently punctual or to those
teachers who have the least number of lateness based on the log sheet and biometrics
 Perfect Attendance
 This award will be given to those teachers with perfect attendance or to those who
have incurred with the least number of absences based on the log sheet and
biometrics.
 Outstanding Project Proponent/Program Proponent
 This award will be given to those project/program proponents who consistently
monitored the progress of their program/project and with an outstanding
impact/effect to school and community.
 Regular Wearing of Uniform
 This award will be given to the teachers who incurred the least number of NOT
wearing the prescribed uniform based on the record of the office.

Certificate of Merit will be given to other teachers who bring pride and honor to school.

 This award will be given to those teachers who have rendered exemplary service to school,

 This award will be given to those teachers who created a remarkable contribution to school,
