Good afternoon,

Here are the screenshots from my phone as we made the changes to the policy at the auto storage
facility. Keep in mind my phone was dying and we had to make these changes right then or we would not be able to
get her new car out of impound till the next day (would have cost more money).
I am also including progressive web site screenshots of just me with no cars and from my address in Fort
Worth, it added the 2 cars in question.

This is what made me realize that your app added my landlord's vehicles, but not when I signed up, mind
you only when she was added as an added driver, and your app also changed her address to mine even though
she typed hers in.

The extra money that your company should never have charged me, during a moment of personal
crisis, is a sad choice in business edicate, and I will be taking this as far as it needs to go.

The truck and car aren't even attached to her address and as a benefit from this I am able to prove
non-ownership altho i will only do so in a court of law, as I only now know this after having a different companies
website show me that these are vehicles attached to Fort Worth.
FYI it is very easy on the Progressive web site to be sure you removed vehicles when you are
still on that page where the app asks about them.

My original $86 a month that jumped to a $172 payment because your system wanted to auto generate 2
vehicles that her name and address aren't even attached to, and by being designed in a way that is less than
clear on removing vehicles and/or adding full coverage without telling you somewhere is a scam, and the fact
that you were unwilling to consider returning the money without the 5 days prorated fee, that was due to a poorly
designed app and an error that happened during a personal time constraint, as well as an inability to get the app
to remove these vehicles (3 different vtries in 2 days) during the 5 days is a horrible business practices and in many
way resembles a form of extortion or at the very least less than legitimate legal business activity. This is a shame
because the rest of our business transactions have been happy and enjoyable.
I suggested to you on our phone call that recorded on both sides that you might at least bring this up to other,
more able, people in your company and hopefully exact changes to your app and policy for the sake of your business
and customers,
I sincerely hope you do. However I have yet to hear from your supervisor or engineers as you stated would
happen. So I am also stating my intent.

What is Required:

1) Get a FULL REFUND from the dates of 10-11-20 / 10-31-20 and must include everything "PAID"
TO ROOT INSURANCE on the GMC truck, Pontiac G6 that I did not add to the app, nor knowingly
Accepted.
(there have been no claims on either of these vehicles as I do not and have never owned or possessed them)

2) ANY AND ALL FEE(S) associated with ALL OTHER COVERAGE ON ALL OTHER VEHICLES,
LIABILITY, AND FULL COVERAGE
(I never knowingly would have put on a vehicle 13 years older than the one I already have liability only on).

3) An Apology for lying to me from Mr. Austin who said he was not trained to say anything, even though
there must be some form of training and certification to just work in the insurance field, let alone hold
an insurance agent manager position.
