(Germany) Temporary The Committee shall work according to the following TORS; 7 Review the status of By-Laws of Overseas International Chapters, PTI (“By-Laws”), eet review and propose amendments in light of applicable legal requirements as well as Constitution of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (“Constitution”); ii Evaluate complaints received through Coordinator(s)/Deputy Coordinators for Monitoring and Evaluation of OIC chapter at all tiers regarding violations of Constitution and By-Laws by the current organization of OIC chapters. ili Conduct interviews/ fact finding for complaint verification wherever deemed necessary after seeking written approval of the Convener. The same may also be done through video link, if feasible iv. Mayinvite respective Coordinator(s)/Deputy Coordinator(s)/ other relevant person(s) to attend the proceedings; v.
