Compostela, Compostela Valley Province, Philippines, do hereby APPOINT JOSEPHINE S. DEANO,
Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Blk. 7, Lot 7, Malipaka Dulo St., Maligaya Subdivision,
Caloocan City, Philippines as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name, place and stead
and to perform the following powers:

1. To follow up and transact my Total Administrative Disability (TAD) from the Philippine
Veteran’s Office being the surviving spouse of the late Santo V. Cabrillos;
2. To follow up and transact my USAFFE BENEFITS;
3. To follow up and transact with regards to my SDAI ID.

Generally, to do such acts and things necessary and/or requisite for the consummation of the authority
and transactions herein mentioned.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done with regards to the processing of the above-
mentioned transactions as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
