General Requirements.
1. Active student of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember from batch
2017 & 2018. Batch 2016 can apply only for non-technical
department only.

2. Believing in God.

3. Having good commitment, have the ability to work in team and

under pressure, highly motivated and discipline.

4. Each participant must only choose maximum of 2 divisions from

the same department and minimum 1 division.

How to register.
1. Filling Anargya ITS Open Recruitment Form at bit.ly/AnargyaOprec2019

2. Making an essay describing about :

• your passion and hobby,

• your vision of joining the team,
• and your commitment and dedication for the team.

The essay must be in A4 paper (use Arial font, 11 font size, 1.15
spacing, 3-3-3-3 margin) with minimum length of 1 page, and
maximum length is 2 pages.

3. Do the assigned division’s special tasks.

4. Having a creative professional Curriculum Vitae.

5. Submit the soft file of the essay, division’s special tasks and curriculum
vitae to Anargya ITS Team’s email at anargya.its@gmail.com before the
submission date ends. All files must be compressed into one .rar or .zip
file with file name : Oprec_YourName_AssignedDivision
(for example: Oprec_HartonoSuherman_Frame&Body.zip)

6. Bring all the assignment as hard copy and soft copy to the interview
phase.

Note : All the assignments must be in English (more points will be added) or in Bahasa Indonesia.

Frame and Body

Job description :
As Frame and Body division member you have the responsibility in
designing and manufacturing all body parts, frame chassis
according to the FSAE rules
Job requirement :
1. Be able to use CAD software to draw 3D model of designed
frame chassis, body, and another part in body.
2. Have the capability to analyze the static, kinematic and
dynamic in frame chassis, body
3. Designed the aerodynamic part for FSAE car and simulated
the design.

Special Tasks :
1. Create a short essay (max 1 page of A4) explaining your
knowledge, experience, and special skills you have in
mechanics generally.
2. Create a design of chassis and body frame of a Formula
Student vehicle and explain the concepts of your design. You
can add simulation of the design for some plus point.
3. Explain the concept of aerodynamics in a vehicle.

Drivetrain and Motor

Job description :
As drivetrain and motor division member you have the
responsibility in designing and manufacturing all the parts required
for the motor, differential system, driveshaft, transmission system

Job requirement :
1. Be able to use CAD software to draw 3D model of designed car
parts
2. Have the capability to analyze the static, kinematic and
dynamic in vehicle

Special Tasks :

2. Make an essay explaining how BLDC motor works and your
innovation in transmission system for a vehicle.

Vehicle Dynamic
Job description :
As Vehicle Dynamic division member you have the responsibility in
designing and manufacturing all the parts required for the steering
system, braking system, suspension, also aerodynamics parts to
ensure the car run agile with less restriction.

Job requirement :
1. Be able to use CAD software to draw 3D model of designed car
parts.
2. Have the capability to analyze the static, kinematic and
dynamic in the vehicle

Special Tasks :
1. Create a short essay (max 1 page of A4) explaining your
knowledge, experience, and special skills you have in
mechanics generally.
2. Explain how a good steering geometry, suspension geometry,
and braking system is in a vehicle with the illustrations.
3. Explain statics, kinematics, and dynamics analysis in a vehicle,
give the free body diagram.
4. Explain the terms that is used in steering, suspension, and
braking system ex: kingpin inclination, caster, chamber, etc.

Electric Safety
Job description:
Electric Safety division has responsibility of all low voltage electrical
component which ensure safety of the car.

Job requirement:
1. Having knowledge and experience using Eagle, Proteus, and
Programming software
2. Able to assembly electrical circuit
3. Having good electrical troubleshooting skill

Special Tasks :
1. Create a short essay (max 1 page of A4) explaining your
knowledge, experience, and special skills you have in electrical
generally.
2. Please explain your knowledge about electric car wiring
system. Explain how power from battery can be transferred into
the motor. Please give images or schematics.
3. Choose one of this question to be explained.
a) Make a signal conditioning circuit using comparator, and
IC AND!
b) Make a program to compare A and B value, where the
output is 0 when the difference of A and B is more than
20%
c) Make a schematic of DC to 3 Phase AC inverter.

Tractive System and Controller

Job description:
Tractive System division member responsible for all of high voltage
electrical parts and the controller including its monitoring.

Requirement:
1. Having knowledge and passion about high voltage system
2. Having good C language programming
3. Able to design and manufacture high voltage wiring
4. Able to design and analyze structure that protect tractive
system

Special Tasks :

knowledge, experience, and special skills you have in electrical
generally.
2. In any electric vehicle, there always high voltage current.
Please explain how dangerous of high voltage in a vehicle and
what things that must be taken care of when working with high
voltage.
3. Please explain which components in an electric vehicle that
are classified as high voltage components and give the
diagram.

Multimedia and Branding

Job description:
Multimedia and branding members are responsible to develop the image
of the team for branding purpose by managing social media contents,
working with press and media partners, and making all of the team’s
document aesthetic.
Job Requirement:
1. Having a creative thinking and quick response.
2. Having the ability to create nice looking multimedia contents and able
to operate major editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe
Illustrator/CorelDraw, and Adobe Premiere.
3. Mastering basic office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
4. Understanding how to manage social media and website.

Special Task :
1. Create a poster of Anargya Electric Formula Vehicle Launching event,
the poster should be printed on an A3 paper.
2. Create a creative sponsorship proposal.
3. Prepare the best portfolio of your artworks and videos that you have
ever made, bring the soft files in the interview phase (don’t need to
send via email)

Finance and Administration

Job Description:
As a Finance and Administration division you will have 2 main responsibility,
1. Responsibilities in organization Operations :
• Receiving and allocating cashflow throughout all division in
organization,
• Reporting daily and monthly organizational expenses,
• Paying attention to FSAE Japan document submission deadlines,
make a schedule of it, and create a necessary templates
2. Responsibilities in FSAE Japan static events :
• Collaborate with technical division to create Cost Report which will
be competed in cost and manufacturing event
• Create a Business Plan Presentation related to the business strategy
of selling Anargya car in mass production scenario which will be
competed in Presentation Event

Job Requirement :
1. Have capability to operate Ms.Excel for financial planning and
management
2. Be able to take care with Team's Document: license, inventory, and
database
3. Be able in managing team's financial and every notes of income and
outcome
4. Have capability to present about business

Special tasks :
1. Create a business presentation that is containing market analysis, target
customer, sales strategy, and financial plan for selling a formula vehicle in
mass production scenario.
The format of the presentation is all up to you, but you have to be able to
present your presentation within 5 minutes duration during the interview.

Sponsor & Public Relation

Job description:
Sponsorship & Public Relation has the responsibility to review press releases
and sponsor corporate events to help maintain and improve the image of
the team, and to oversee campaigns and events intended to bring in
sponsors for the team.

Organization Operations :
1. Write press releases and prepare information for the media
2. Conducting the Formula Car Launching
3. Gaining Sponsors and Media Partner

FSAE Japan static events :

Create a Business Plan Presentation with Finance and Administration division
related to the business strategy of selling Anargya car in mass production
scenario which will be competed in Presentation Event

Requirement:
1. Have good communications in verbal and written (English and
Japanese will be given additional value)
2. Have good social skills
3. Have capability to present about business and sponsorship
proposal
4. Able to develop and carry out sponsors strategies

Special Tasks :
1. Make a sponsorship presentation complete with media value
and sponsor packages for maximum 7 minutes duration
2. Making mind map or list of sponsor link

Logistic & Accommodation

Job description:
Logistic & Accommodation Division has the responsibility to take care of the
Import and Export, Team accommodation, also Equipment and Tools
Completeness during the preparation and competition.
Job Requirements :
1. Basic Knowledge of Equipment & Tools
2. Understands Export & Import Procedures
3. Communication Skills
4. Understands in demand planning and logistic
5. Able to make efficient travel plans

including the draft budget plan for the tam for joining FSAE
Japan 2020.
